No I'm not Alicia Keys in, "You don't know my name" when I say I normal don't do this but this blog although not updated as much & I could barely understand them cause they sometimes write in another language lol. Is one of if not the best page to me & you Bloggers know me I barely give credit to anyone. But this "Upperupper" blog is just so different from others, cause so many bloggers mainly just steal what ever Diggy wrote on his page & read word it then put it on there page or just copy & paste from Media Take out but not these guys they solely talk about......Them self's which you would think to be boring but is not. There choice of style is so Obtuse as well as its like a more modern harajuku-ish style but leaning more the toward fashion side. These guys truly know how to live life to the fullest one outfit at a time. I personally follow them not cause of there tacky wardrobe, I do it cause there are different & not afraid of being them self's. keep up the good work guys ISaluteyou.
Basically everybody knows Lil Wayne by now, if you don't know him nor heard of him then your pretty much not from this planet like what so ever. But anyways how much of Lil Wayne do you think you know? nobody could tell the story of his life better then him self. Dwayne Michael Carter Jr who also goes by a million & one names, has a documentary that is said to be released on DVD November 17 & already seems to be getting a huge buzz. take a look at the trailer for yah self & tell me you wouldn't want to watch it:
You Can't Open open a Hip-Hop magazine without seeing the new fad "All black everything" brought about best by the Man him self Jay-Z (Shawn Corey Carter) his idea to wear all black but not as a gothic look but actually as a stylish way that you could actually look fashionable while doing it. But then again only if you have the right swag can you pull it off to lol. This new look has giving a Hip-Hops fashion as well as young teens a simple look but smooth at the same time even Stars ranging from Rihanna,Wayne, Diddy,50,Nelly,Fabolous,Kayne & even Drake has tried this new fad & are killing the scenes with it. Leave it to the trend setter Hova to have everybody in pin strip Button ups, to skullys with the cap in the front, to Yankees fitteds, to "all black everthing" for that I stand up & Salute you .
Check out Roc Nations own Wale featured in this music video:
I know I kinda fell off with the good updates & all its cause school & work be killing a brother but I'm back on track & I learned how to balance everything out now nicely so back to the good post bloggers. Mr.O former lead singer of B2K...-_-, has a new single out called "I get it in" featuring the (I can't believe I'm saying this) Man in Hip Hop as of now right now, "Brr" Gucci Mane the song is straight bonkers (that's means its good) but video is even better, also check out Omarion's dance moves to:
So the UCF (University of Florida) has just lost there contract with Adidas because a special player on there team chose to wear daddy's shoes other then the shoes that the school has provided for him. He goes by the name of Marcus Jordan........name sounds familiar? Yup you guessed it Micheal Jordan's son Marcus Jordan son (Why is he so light right) choose to rock daddy's kicks the Nike Jordan Brand other then the teamed signed Adidas brand, clearly because Adidas is Nike's sales rival, so why in the flippin world would he help advertise something that makes his father lose money. Like seriously he has every right to not wear you guys sneakers on the court its not like anyone else on the team is not fully geared in Adidas basketball gear from head to toe or anything, hes single handedly the only one, And to make matters even worst Marcus did agree in fact to wear Adidas gear such as hand bands, ankle wraps, & other minor accessories but refuses to not wear the sneakers. So to the board of Adidas "C'mon Son" give the dam team a break.
This song is tuff Nicki murdered her part, I know I mentioned this in a post before but, Yo is it just me or Robin Thicke can pass for a black man,....hmmm could having a black wife change your whole swagger as well as race? You be the judge.
1st in the new millennium came the New York Giants (the under dogs) with there great victory over the almighty Patriots on February 4, 2008 in XLII Superbowl, by Plaxico Burress game-winning touch down late in the 4th quarter giving the Giants a surprise win in the Super Bowl, killing the Patriotsperfect season....(literally). This year the after everyone gave up hope on these suckers the New York Yankees surprised everyone last night with there win over the Philadelphia Phillies (7-3) wining the 2009 world series (Today was the 1st day I seen so many Yankees fitteds on people heads since the Blue print 2 albumwas released). I know you Bloggers are like "oh-ok so what" right why talk about this cause Son, New York is mainly known for its great basketball players, But in case you haven't already herd & excuse my french but The Knicks ain't sh*t! Like for real somebody tell Spike Lee to invest in his seasonal seat into a Charity or something cause these no show when your at there game, everyone knows the end result of every Knicks game the only question asked is "they lost by how much?" lol (Salute) Later Boggers.
Waddup bloggers! So this whole summer fashion trend was clearly Ralph Lauren polo's, in every shape & form it comes in. Everyone did it from rapper to singers to athletes, even someone you knew had at least one item of the polo in there wardrobe. Made publicly known in the African American community as a poppin fashion trend years ago 1st was Kayne West when he 1st came into the rap game dropping threw the wire (College Drop 2004) rocking Polo threw ought his music video, but polo then died down for a while but was heavily put back in to the scene credited to F.L.Y and there track Swag surfin this past summer for, rocking polo hard in there music video. But as fashion trends come & go so does hair styles too. Last summer thing to do was clearly a designed Caesar, this past summer designed Mohawks, But lady's did there own thing on the fashion side, last year as well the in thing to do was the long jet black Egyptian bang look which look banging on some broads but sad and depressing on others lol but this summer was the whole short hair look some even did the Mohawks to but in a girlish stylish way. But being how Rihanna was mainly the source that made so many girls cut there hair shes changing up here style again on you fashion crack heads & adding color lets see if they twitter her (Oops I mean follow) her again.

"It's a comment on kids in Tokyo today . . . They're shallow; they take things for granted, and they're not street savvy. It's sort of ironic for them to be wearing my clothing. I'm trying to show how they are incapable of being independent minded. They have no plans, no goals, because they're just too comfortable. Like bathing in lukewarm water.
